Haa the result was unexpected. I thought the BJP would do better in this election after those terrorist attack as people would think national security is more important. na but they proved wrong. development was on agenda for people. the message people has send this election was develop or perish. so i was trying to figure out what went wrong for BJP ? here is my thoughts
- 1. There weren’t any star or young campaigners for BJP except Advani and Modi as star campaigner but they both failed. The Congress has many star and youth campaigners like

Scindia – Y - Advani thought of doing a barrack obama like campain lol he was too much concentrating on internet media he forgot the offline media. the amount invested in the online could have yeilded more results if its done offline.
- BJP’s alliance with regional parties didn’t do much well but the congress gained a lot.
- except Advani and Modi there was no one for BJP. BjP thought modi will be key factor in attracting votes but it worked in reverse.
What this election mean for other political parties ?
- A slap for Prakash karat and left for their negativism in development.
- Dreams went on fire for Amar Singh and Mulyam Singh when they tried to bargain even before the elections commenced and refused to give more seats for congress and they went on their own.
- Lalus ambitious fourth front of Yadavs votes didnt work even a bit. he won only 4 seats where as nithish swept the polls. He ditched congress at the last stage and should learn lessons from now.
- The so called maruthuvar aiiya and leader of PMK “Mr.Ramadoss” who is very famous for forecasting election results and comes out with a statement in every election “Which ever side the PMK is that party will win the election” but this time people throw’d PMK out for its opportunistic politics. PMK is very famous at time of every election for enjoying its 5 years of terms and switching its side.
- BSP’s Mayawathi’s goal for PM’ship was sinked.
- Dewa Gowda who initiated the third front was finally seen at 10 janpath 2 days before the election results.
- MDMK Vaiko should understand taking the issue of development and making an public foul cry is different from those of LTTE. He said Tamilnadu will burn if Prabakaran is Killed or captured. He is killed now the people of Tamilnadu are still doing their work and never worried about him or LTTE organization. Vaiko lost in his home ground Virudhunagar.
- For BJP if they still talk about Hinduism and polarize the socitey it wont work out but instead they should try to show development and polarize the society. It may work out
